The pineapple of our eye. Tastes exactly like it sounds. Sweet, sharp, sour and tropical AF. Imagine a stroll on the beach, the ocean splashing your ankles and the sun on your face and you’ll get the idea.
INGREDIENTS:
50ml El Rayo Plata
20ml Lime juice
15ml Passionfruit purée or syrup*
Pineapple soda
Sprig of mint
METHOD:
Add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a tumbler
Top with pineapple soda
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
